Director of New Business

THE ROLE

WHITE64 is looking for an advertising professional to lead sales & marketing activities for our growing agency. The ideal candidate is a swiss army knife, strong at building relationships, strategic thinking & problem solving, crafting articulate proposals and multi-tasking! This role will help develop new business materials as well as general agency marketing content.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with executive team to develop new business materials, including RFP responses, client proposals and pitches
  • Participate in networking events and represent the agency as a brand ambassador to prospective clients and industry partners
  • Manage WHITE64 marketing activity in email marketing, website, social media, PR and events
  • Collaborate with internal team to create marketing tools like brand video(s), prospecting emails, thought-leadership content, case studies, etc.
  • Drive content strategy for agency marketing and direct content creation for our channels
  • Represent WHITE64 at industry networking events
  • Serve as main POC for our publicist and coordinate PR efforts internally

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years of marketing & sales experience, preferably at an agency
  • Proven sales skills & ability to nurture and grow client relationships
  • Master of both Keynote and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and PR best practices
  • Advanced knowledge of full-service, integrated advertising solution offering, including strategy, creative, media, and digital
