Media Coordinator


The media landscape is a constantly evolving space with exponential possibilities for marketers to connect with consumers. At WHITE64, we are passionate about how media of all forms – traditional and digital – influence both culture and commerce. We are looking for a Media Coordinator who is equally curious about this space and wants to support our Media department in their paid media strategy, planning, and buying efforts for our clients. This person will report to the VP of Media Strategy, and assist other senior media team members with paid media planning/buying across several accounts. This role is the perfect mix of learning and doing, creative thinking and task management. Ideally, we need an individual who can exercise both sides of their brain – creative & analytical – who is equally capable of brainstorming new media partnerships and managing billing spreadsheets.


  • Assist with strategy by completing audience research & insights
  • Complete competitive reviews
  • Keep track of trend analysis
  • Collaborate with senior media staff on client media ideas, plans, and buys
  • Assist with updating/filing paperwork for clients and vendors
  • Post and analyze electronic invoices and reconciliations
  • Issue insertion orders
  • Manage media buys within accounting software
  • Help coordinate media vendor meetings and proposals
  • Be a liaison between the agency & the media community


  • 1-3 years of relevant experience preferably at an agency
  • Related degree (marketing, advertising, media, etc.)
  • Critical thinker with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented
  • A true task master
  • Well organized
  • Knowledge of Strata & Advantage software preferred
