Media Supervisor


We need a media maven who obsesses over paid media and emerging tech, and the evolving marriage of the two. You’ll need to immerse yourself in media trends and the evolving landscape. You’re approach to media is wholistic and channel-agnostic – targeting the audience, not the media. You are an expert negotiator, strategic thinker, creative problem-solver and client whisperer. You’ll work alongside our account, digital and creative teams, as well as savvy media vendors to implement strategically-sound and brand-tailored media plans that engage consumers and drive ROI.


You will:

  • Understand clients’ business requirements and marketing goals to design an integrated media plan and KPI measurement approach
  • Activate media plans – traditional and digital – managing RFP process with media vendors, negotiating with vendors, buying traditional media in Strata, and activating digital media in our Adobe DSP, etc.
  • Managing media budgets from planning to authorization to reconciliation
  • Collaborate with and lead junior media team members
  • Through data analysis of paid media using our dashboard tool, identify and communicate clear, compelling and actionable insights to drive improved campaign performance
  • Provide thought-leadership on paid media strategies and new technologies
  • Develop media presentations and POV documents communicating media recommendations to clients and other external audiences
  • Participate in client meetings and new business to represent the paid media capability of the agency
  • Overall, serve as a media lead on your assigned accounts, providing strategic consultative services on media strategy and activation to help clients reach their goals




  • 7+ years related experience
  • passion for emerging tech
  • familiarity working with a self-serve programmatic platform
  • knowledge of third-party ad servers
  • Strong strategic & analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Advantage accounting tool
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote
  • Solid understanding of the fundamentals of paid media advertising, including traditional, digital, social and search
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
  • You possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a positive attitude
