Advertising to government procurement officers doesn’t have to be boring and uninspired. Government decision makers are part of a unique tribe that lives in a world of contracts; all with acronyms and codes only they understand. PCMG, an international provider of IT products and services came to WHITE64 to drive end of year sales to fortune one, the federal government.

Our strategic insight came from the complex “buying” language. The campaign spotlights government procurement contracts only tribe members would recognize and be able to uncode. The campaign creative is paired with an innovative national media that can’t be muted or ignored, including out of home, digital and mass transit, that included 20 buses, and 500 rail cards in the Metro trains.
