THE ROLE
We’re looking for a passionate, collaborative, and strategic Senior Social Media Manager to lead day-to-day social media efforts across several client accounts and our own agency channels. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social, understands how to build and execute high-performing strategies, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
You’ll own the social media process from strategy through execution and optimization—partnering closely with clients, internal creative and media teams, and influencer partners. You’ll also play a key role in integrating influencer marketing efforts with paid media and analytics teams to drive meaningful results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies, content plans, and editorial calendars for multiple clients
- Lead day-to-day social publishing and community engagement across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube)
- Collaborate with internal creative and media teams to bring content to life across paid and organic channels
- Manage influencer campaigns from vetting to execution to reporting, in collaboration with the paid media team
- Monitor and respond to real-time trends and opportunities, recommending ways to adapt client strategies accordingly
Analytics and Reporting
- Partner with analytics team to deliver ongoing social media reports, performance analysis, and strategic insights
- Provide actionable recommendations to optimize future content and improve engagement, reach, and ROI
Thought Leadership & Trendspotting
- Stay ahead of platform changes, social trends, and best practices—sharing learnings and POVs with clients and internal teams
- Recommend emerging tools, platforms, or creators to keep social strategies fresh and relevant
Agency Channel Management
- Oversee content strategy and execution for the agency’s own social media channels, working closely with the executive team
- Elevate the agency’s thought leadership and culture through strategic social content
EXPERIENCE? YES, PLEASE.
- 6+ years of experience in social media marketing, including strategy, execution, and reporting
- Strong understanding of all major social platforms, content formats, and publishing tools
- Experience managing influencer marketing campaigns and using influencer discovery/management platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Collaborative spirit with the ability to work cross-functionally across creative, media, strategy, and analytics teams
- Passion for social media, pop culture, digital trends, and emerging platforms
- Experience with paid social campaign management and optimization
- Familiarity with social listening tools and content performance dashboards
- Agency experience or managing multiple clients/accounts
