Senior Account Executive

THE ROLE.

The Senior Account Executive plays a key supporting role in day-to-day client execution, helping to keep projects organized, moving forward, and aligned with strategic objectives. This position works closely with senior account leadership to support client relationships, manage details, and facilitate clear communication across teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable in client interactions, and comfortable stepping in to lead meetings or conversations as needed when more senior account leadership is not present.

You will also work closely with internal strategy, creative, and media teams to bring work to life, while developing a deep understanding of the client’s business, brand, and objectives.

RESPONSIBLITIES.

Client & Account Leadership

  • Support the Client Success team in primary day-to-day client contact, building trust and credibility through clear communication and strong follow-through
  • Assist with client meetings and status calls, providing continuity and confident communication when senior account leadership is not present
  • Partner with senior account leadership to help uphold brand consistency and strategic alignment across all work
  • Anticipate client needs, identify potential issues early, and proactively recommend solutions

Project & Process Management

  • Help manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables with strong attention to detail
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and documentation
  • Coordinate with creative, strategy, and media teams to support smooth execution and on-time delivery
  • Maintain exceptional organization and time management across all assignments

Strategic & Business Acumen

  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of client business goals, financial considerations, and agency economics in support of senior account leadership
  • Partner with senior team members to help translate client objectives into clear, actionable brief and well-supported strategic recommendations
  • Contribute informed perspectives and recommendations based on experience, data, and industry knowledge to strengthen strategic decision-making

Collaboration & Team Leadership

  • Partner closely with creative, strategy, and media teams to ensure integrated, high-quality output
  • Be a positive, team-oriented presence who supports collaboration and shared success
  • Take initiative, demonstrate ownership, and show ambition to grow within the agency

EXPERIENCE? YES, PLEASE.

  • 4–6+ years of account management experience in an advertising or marketing agency environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort interacting directly with clients
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Ability to support client conversations and presentations with confidence and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Keynote, Excel, and Word
  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative, positive approach
  •  Self-motivated, eager to learn, and interested in continues growth within account leadership Ability to recognize problems, think critically, and suggest appropriate, actionable solutions
