You’ll own the media strategy behind campaigns that get our clients seen, heard, and felt, turning sharp plans and sharper data into results that actually move the needle. You take the work seriously, not yourself, and you lead with a little quiet swagger.

Key Responsibilities

• Build audience-first media strategies across programmatic, social, search, video, and beyond
• Direct campaign execution, pacing, and optimization against real business KPIs
• Present with confidence—turning data into stories clients believe in
• Mentor planners and buyers, and raise the bar for the whole team
• Steward client budgets like they’re your own

Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years in paid media, with hands-on planning and buying across digital channels
• A track record of leading multi-channel campaigns and managing budgets
• Team leadership chops and client-ready communication skills
• Fluency in the platforms that matter (DSPs, Meta, Google, analytics tools)
• Bonus points for regulated-industry experience and platform certifications
