This is an entrepreneurial role responsible for selling, planning, implementing and evaluating digital strategy across media, creative and digital experiences to drive bottom-line results. Success will be measured by your ability to collaborate with colleagues, agency partners and clients to address how brands are communicated and experienced through digital interactions. This position reports into the Chief Digital Officer.
You will:
· Lead digital discovery workshops that bring together key stakeholders to learn about our clients’ businesses, brands and customers
· Leverage information and data collected during discovery to develop strategies and execute tactics that deliver growth-driven web design, traffic generation, lead conversion, CRM implementation, and more
· Develop user personas and customer journey maps
· Write creative briefs to inspire and guide internal team for digital projects
· Collaborate with producers, designers, writers, and programmers to develop websites and other digital experiences that activate the digital strategy
· Exercise both your left & right brain to pull insights from data and analytics and turn them into creative inspiration
EXPERIENCE? YES, PLEASE.
· 5-years work experience participating in and leading strategic activities in the digital space
· Knowledge of research and analysis tools and other integrated digital marketing disciplines such as Google Analytics 4, SEO, SEM, CRM, online listening, trend analyses, UX design, usability testing, etc.
· Proficiency in marketing automation software (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot)
· Ability to manage multiple projects, deliverables, deadlines, and client relationships
· Strong portfolio of digital work demonstrating your strategic thinking and ability to drive creative inspiration, innovation and results
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
