Junior Project Manager

Role Overview

Project management at an agency isn’t just keeping lists — it’s the engine that keeps great work moving. At WHITE64, the Junior Project Manager is a foundational role on our Client Success team, supporting the execution of projects across creative, strategy, media, and digital. You’ll work alongside Project Managers, Account Managers, and cross-functional teams to keep work on time, on track, and on point. This is a learning role built for someone who is organized, curious, and ready to grow fast. Key Responsibilities

• Track timelines, deliverables, and action items across multiple accounts
• Coordinate with Creative, Strategy, Media, and Production to keep work moving
• Build and maintain project documentation and task assignments in Asana and Box
• Capture meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups with precision
• Run QC checks on deliverables before they hit PM review
• Identify risks, flag blockers, and escalate proactively — we prefer a heads-up over a surprise
• Build client-facing confidence through meeting participation and professional communication

Skills & Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in project management, marketing, or agency work (internships count)
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
• Clear, direct communicator — in writing and in the room
• Proactive by nature — you ask questions before things become problems
• Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with Asana or similar PM tools is a bonus; curiosity to learn is a must
