WHITE64 has announced its newly formed executive and leadership teams as it enters a new phase of growth and innovation following a successful 2025. The agency reported a 30 % increase in revenue last year and secured several significant new clients, including Visit Williamsburg, U.S. Travel, and V2X, while delivering major creative campaigns for organizations such as the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, PenFed Credit Union, BIO, and Luray Caverns.
The expanded leadership comes after the retirement of longtime CEO Matt White. Kerry Beutel, agency President, said the restructured leadership blends the legacy of existing team members with fresh industry talent to support continued growth and elevate creative standards for clients.
Key additions to the executive team include:

- Jack Dayan as Chief Strategy Officer – a published author and industry speaker who leads brand, digital, social, analytics, and media strategy and has held senior roles at Taxi, Arnold Worldwide, and Mullen.
- Caroline Moncure as Chief Client Officer – with award-winning experience managing major accounts for brands like GEICO, Pepsi, and United Airlines.
- Nick Teare as VP & Managing Director, Travel & Leisure Practice Lead – overseeing travel and transportation clients and bringing senior leadership experience from The Ritz-Carlton and Publicis Groupe.
Additionally, Kelly Weismiller was promoted to Chief Marketing Officer, and existing leaders continue in key roles, including CFO Nate Whittington and SVP of Media Strategy Alicia Gehring.
Beutel emphasized that the new team reflects the agency’s momentum and readiness for the opportunities ahead in 2026. WHITE64 is known for offering advertising, design, video production, digital marketing, and paid media services across sectors such as travel, financial services, healthcare, and professional services.
