As with all service industries, Colonial needs to provide a robust and seamless online experience for all its audiences.

RESULTS
In this, our second evolution of this website, we transferred most of Colonial’s parking management online, including automatic payments and monthly parking sign-up. We also integrated their daily parking capabilities, allowing customers to reserve parking in advance through aggregators like Spot Hero. Payments received through the web-based interface have doubled since launch, allowing the customer care team to work more efficiently.
