Website and Video

Luray Caverns

BACKGROUND

Luray Caverns wanted to create a more seamless web experience for visitors. Whether they were buying tickets or learning more about what they could do on the grounds, there was room for improvement related to the user experience. The main emphasis was on ticket sales with clear, prominent CTAs throughout the homepage and interior pages to drive online reservations.

Additionally, Luray Caverns felt like the previous, illustrated style of their website didn’t showcase their most valuable asset: the awe-inspiring beauty of the natural caverns they were known for.

CONSUMER BELIEF

I don’t care how cool the attraction might be, if It’s difficult for me to plan my trip, I’m leaving it off the list.

BELIEF INTERSECTION

Ancient caverns, modern experience.

RESULTS

The new site led with the Caverns’ stunning visuals while making sure the most pertinent information like hours, events and how to purchase tickets appeared prominently on every page.

Along with web development, WHITE64 was tasked with capturing and producing new video and photography content of the Caverns to align with the elevated look of the new site.
