With a diverse membership across six states, United Federal Credit Union needed an agency that could execute ongoing regional campaigns while also supporting their significant community marketing efforts. Since February 2021, WHITE64 has helped bring United’s product campaigns to life, supported major acquisitions, and assisted with marketing needs at every level.
In late 2022, we undertook an evolution of the brand to bring greater depth to their member focus by showing not only actual Members, but also the emotional benefits that United’s products enable: peace of mind, freedom, time with family, and more. The evolution includes refreshed creative from TV and OOH to social media and in-branch materials. We also developed a detailed guidebook for internal audiences to ensure all communications stay firmly on-brand.
Our media support has leveraged the power of long-term planning and our buying power to realize savings while remaining nimble to external and economic changes.
