We are excited to announce the promotion of five current employees to new and expanded roles in agency operations, creative services and account management. The appointments come as WHITE64 continues its growth across several key business verticals and incorporates a multigenerational leadership approach into its Executive Committee.

Nate Whittington has been promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer. In his new role, Whittington will oversee financial management and operations of WHITE64. Whittington has been with the agency for four years, previously serving as Vice President of Finance and Operations as well as the agency’s Finance Director. Prior to joining WHITE64, Whittington served as a Business Banking and Commercial Loan Officer at Cardinal Bank. Whittington is also a member of Lead Virginia’s Class of 2020.

Kipp Monroe has been promoted to the position of General Manager, WHITE64 Studios. Long recognized as a gifted writer and Executive Creative Director, Monroe will now take the reins of the agency’s state-of-the-art content production studio, which opened in October 2019. Monroe will oversee studio operations, sales and marketing, freelance network development, and new business. He will also continue his role as the creative practice lead for WHITE64’s advocacy clients. Monroe has been with the agency for 15 years and has played an instrumental role in the development of countless award-winning creative campaigns.

Matt Walker has been promoted to the position of Executive Creative Director. A gifted and inspirational storyteller, Walker is the mind and voice of the WHITE64 brand. In his new role, Walker will oversee the agency’s creative leadership, managing the art, design, copy, digital and production disciplines, as well as the overall creative work. Walker has been with the agency for 16 years and has created award-winning campaigns in virtually every business vertical.

Heather Knight has been promoted to the position of Vice President, Group Creative Director. A talented creative mind and copywriter, Knight wrote the original “Great Rates for Everyone” jingle for PenFed Credit Union and has been actively involved with many of the agency’s financial services campaigns and new business efforts. With this promotion, Knight joins the agency’s Executive Committee and provides thought leadership on agency operations.

Kelly Weismiller has been promoted to the position of Vice President, Group Account Director. In her new role, Weismiller will continue to manage the agency’s financial services, retail and automotive accounts. She joined WHITE64 as Senior Account Executive in 2013 and has been promoted to a series of increasingly responsible roles over the past eight years. Weismiller’s business acumen and leadership have helped the agency gain several new client relationships in recent years.
