Website Design & Development

American College of Veterinary Surgeons

Background

As a legacy leader in the Veterinary specialty organization space, ACVS was in need of an overhaul of their existing website, which had last been redesigned nearly a decade prior. Their existing website became a dumping ground for historical content, was clunky & not mobile-friendly, and overall, was not optimized to best serve their members (Diplomates) and broader audiences.

ACVS was looking to showcase their vast library of resources, including all historical documentation of their nearly 60 year old organization, as well as their Small & Large Animal Health topics, a carefully curated glossary of various surgeries and ailments accessed globally for guidance from veterinarians and pet owners alike.

Consumer Belief

I need to find information regarding a specific animal health topic, and look to ACVS for answers, as an industry leader in veterinary medicine.

Belief intersection

ACVS is a longstanding veterinary organization, who needs a website that honors their past history and impact, but can also keep up with the modern needs of a mobile-first, information-hungry world.

Results

WHITE64 and ACVS worked together to develop a completely custom WordPress site, including the creation and migration of over 1,000 unique pages of content and documents. WHITE64 developed the site architecture, design systems, and back end structure, resulting in a modern, mobile-friendly website that better showcases the depth and breadth of legacy resources.
