After a string of safety incidents, service interruptions, and management turnover, WMATA was lashed with customer criticism and negative press. In 2016, WHITE64 began working with WMATA’s multi-disciplinary team to begin winning back trust. The team learned that the most convincing way to regain the public’s trust was to acknowledge the shortcomings, recognize who WAMATA serves, and show our commitment to improvement.
